Impact: Minor — degraded performance

Update: Following further investigation, we've confirmed that the data delay between 08:28–08:53 UTC did not affect the event timestamps shown in customer-facing dashboards. The internal processing metadata was delayed, but all event data displayed to customers reflects accurate timestamps. There is no lasting visible impact to dashboards.

Original status update: We identified a delay in data powering dashboards and analytics between 2026-10-05 08:28 UTC and 08:53 UTC. During this window, dashboard data lagged behind real-time by up to 47 minutes. No data was lost; affected records were processed with delayed timestamps. Identification/verification APIs were not impacted. The issue is fully resolved.
